Our Clinical Team at Fr333 Yourself Recovery is made up of experienced, compassionate professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized care. Working collaboratively, our team includes licensed clinicians, case management, and supportive staff who bring expertise in substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma-informed care, and recovery planning. Together, they focus on creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where clients are treated with dignity, accountability, and respect. Every treatment plan is guided by clinical best practices, individualized needs, and a commitment to helping each person build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

Sierra Flynn

Clinical director
Sierra Flynn is a PhD-level, licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex challenges, including addiction and substance use. Using a trauma-informed, integrative approach that incorporates EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic therapies, Sierrasupports clients in breaking free from unhelpful patterns, healing from past wounds, and building lasting skills for recovery and emotional well-being. She brings both advanced clinical training and deep empathy to her work, with a particular focus on treating addiction and the relational and emotional issues that often accompany it.

Lianne Wilson

THERAPIST

Desiree Bishop AMFT, CATC IV, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care and a strong passion for helping individuals and families heal from the impact of addiction and mental health challenges. She has worked in the addiction and mental health field for over 13 years and has been practicing as a therapist for the past 5 years, bringing both extensive clinical experience and deep compassion to her work. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to help clients develop emotional regulation skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and process traumatic experiences safely and effectively. Her work is rooted in understanding how trauma, attachment, and family systems influence behavior, relationships, and recovery. In addition to her therapy training, she holds a CATC IV certification in Substance Abuse Counseling, giving her advanced expertise in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. She has extensive experience working across levels of care and with complex dual-diagnosis presentations. She works with adults, children, couples, and families, and has a special focus on supporting first responders and their families, addressing PTSD, occupational stress, relationship strain, and the unique challenges faced by those in high-stress service professions. Clients often describe her as compassionate, caring, and non-judgmental, while also being direct and supportive in helping them move toward meaningful change. She believes in meeting clients where they are, honoring their strengths, and creating a safe therapeutic space where healing, growth, and resilience can develop.

Her goal is to help clients not only reduce symptoms, but to rebuild trust, improve relationships, and create lives that feel stable, connected, and worth protecting.

Case Manager

Na’Imah Fed is a compassionate and person-oriented case manager who brings 3 years of solid experience in social services, client advocacy, recovery knowledge, and gender-affirming care. They are committed to helping people and families tackle difficult life changes like being unhoused, substance abuse challenges, mental health crises, and assisting in finding long-term employment.
